The NOW Award dashboard is a centralized platform for managers to recognize and reward employees for outstanding performance achievements. It streamlines the process of submitting and managing award nominations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for celebrating employee contributions across various performance categories.
Challenge: Previously, the NOW Awards submission process was cumbersome and inefficient. Managers had to submit nominations through a combination of SharePoint forms and emails, which often led to inconsistencies and delays. Notifications about the status of nominations and award updates were communicated solely via email, creating a disjointed and fragmented experience. Additionally, award recipients received their rewards through email, with no centralized system to track or reference past awards. This lack of a unified record made it difficult for managers to monitor historical award data or celebrate achievements holistically.
Solution: The NOW Award dashboard was developed to address these inefficiencies and provide a streamlined, centralized solution. The platform enables:
Managers to submit and manage award nominations in one place,
Eliminating the need for SharePoint forms and multiple email threads. Notifications are integrated directly into the dashboard
Award records are now stored within the dashboard, creating a comprehensive database of historical award data.
Efficient process for recognizing and rewarding employee achievements, while fostering a culture of appreciation and accountability.
